REST OF THE WORLD: 10-20 business days – late shipment cannot be claim due to long custom clearance process.
Delivery in second half of December and through the January for international orders might be delay due to holiday season and big volume of parcels in international sorting centers.
Delivery can be claim only after 30 days period from shipment day is overdue.
In case of undelivered order BEST luxury underwear has 60 calendar days to investigate issue with delivery provider before partial or full refund is processed.
